OUR HISTORY

Blue Marble was born out of Scott Anthony’s natural ability to build connections with people. He was always seeking to understand what motivated and inspired others and turned this natural curiosity into career. After working for another firm early in his career, he ventured out on his own, founding Blue Marble with the goal of providing a personalized service and custom experience in executive search.
